Cargo Run Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using Cargo Run, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Bitmady grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cargo Run on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and subject to the App Store Usage Rules.

These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s terms apply to the extent of that conflict.

In-game coins, upgrades, ships, cosmetics and other unlockable items are virtual game items. They have no real-money value and cannot be sold, exchanged, redeemed, transferred or converted into money or anything outside the game.

The current version of Cargo Run has no in-app purchases and shows no advertisements. Items are unlocked only with coins earned through gameplay; no real money is used. If a future version adds purchases, they will be offered through the App Store under Apple's terms and these terms will be updated.

Progress and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app also deletes that local data. Bitmady does not operate cloud saves for Cargo Run and cannot restore lost progress.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the app unlawfully or interfere with its normal operation.

Cargo Run, including its code, gameplay, characters, story, artwork, music, voice, text, names and branding, is owned by Bitmady or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Cargo Run is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free or compatible with every future device or operating-system version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitmady and Agan Haziri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data or loss of progress arising from your use of or inability to use Cargo Run. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Kosovo, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
