Cheezy Escape does not collect, store, transmit, share or sell personal data. The game has no account, sign-in or user profile.

Cheezy Escape contains no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies and no third-party SDKs that collect data. The app makes no network requests and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Game progress and settings are saved only on your device so the game can remember your levels, stars, earned cheese, boutique items and preferences. BitMady has no access to this information. It is removed when you delete the app and cannot be recovered by us.

Cheezy Escape never accesses your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. iOS may display a camera usage entry because of the game engine used to build the app; Cheezy Escape never requests or uses the camera.

Cheezy Escape is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal data, it does not collect personal information from children. Its privacy approach is designed to be friendly to the requirements of COPPA and the GDPR’s protections for children.

Apple may provide crash or usage information to developers only when you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iOS settings. That processing is controlled by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not collected directly by Cheezy Escape.

If you choose to email us, your email address, message and any attachments are sent by your email provider. We use that information only to answer your request and provide support. It is not collected by the Cheezy Escape app.

We may update this policy if Cheezy Escape or its privacy practices change. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
