MadyTap Privacy Policy

MadyTap version 1.0 does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data through the app. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking technologies or third-party advertising SDKs.

MadyTap stores gameplay information locally on your device, including level progress, high score, combo statistics, lives, selected game mode and theme preferences. This information is used only to provide the game experience and is not transmitted to Bitmady or third parties. Local data may be removed when you delete the app, clear its storage or use an available reset option. Bitmady cannot recover locally stored gameplay data.

If you choose to contact us by email, your email application will open and you may voluntarily send us your email address, message and anything you attach. We use this information only to respond, provide support, investigate problems and improve MadyTap. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing bitmadyltd@gmail.com.

MadyTap uses device audio and haptic feedback for gameplay. Version 1.0 does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, motion sensors or advertising identifier.

If you download MadyTap from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may process information under their own privacy policies. Their processing is controlled by Apple or Google and is not data collected by MadyTap.

MadyTap does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no accounts, advertising, analytics or server-side data collection. If a child contacts us by email, a parent or guardian may ask us to delete that correspondence.

Gameplay data remains locally on your device, so its protection also depends on your device and operating-system security. Email communications are handled through the email providers used by you and Bitmady.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding information you voluntarily send to us, including rights to access, correct or delete it. Email bitmadyltd@gmail.com to make a request. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence.

We may update this policy when MadyTap features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated effective date, and store privacy disclosures will be updated when required.
