Terms of Service

Bitmady (“Bitmady”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a studio based in Prishtina, Kosovo that builds mobile games (including MadyMaze, MadyTap, Cargo Run and Cheezy Escape), websites and internal tools. These terms apply to our games, our website bitmady.com and our social media publishing tool, Bitmady Growth Studio (together, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing or using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Store-specific terms from Apple or Google also apply to apps downloaded from their stores.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the games, or use them to break the law or harm others.

Growth Studio is an internal tool Bitmady uses to publish videos about its own games to Bitmady’s own social media accounts (for example TikTok, Instagram and YouTube). It acts only on accounts that the account owner has connected and authorised, and only posts content the owner has uploaded and approved. Access can be revoked at any time from the connected platform’s settings. Use of each platform through the tool is also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies.

All games, artwork, music, code, logos and other materials in the Services belong to Bitmady or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

If a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from.

We may update, change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We try to keep the Services available but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitmady is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy and in the privacy policy of each game.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
