Privacy Policy

This policy covers bitmady.com and Bitmady Growth Studio, our internal tool for publishing videos about our games to our own social media accounts. Each game has its own privacy policy: MadyMaze, MadyTap, Cargo Run and Cheezy Escape.

bitmady.com does not require an account. If you contact us by email or through a form, we receive the details you choose to send (such as your name, email address and message) and use them only to reply.

When Bitmady connects its own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account to Growth Studio, the platform gives us an access token and basic profile information (such as the account name). We use these only to upload videos Bitmady has approved, check whether an upload succeeded, and read view, like, comment and share counts for our own posts. Tokens are stored on Bitmady’s private server and are never sold or shared. We do not collect data about other users of those platforms.

Access can be removed at any time by disconnecting the account inside Growth Studio or by removing the app in the platform’s settings (for example TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions). When access is removed, the stored token is deleted.

We do not sell personal information. Information is only shared with service providers needed to run our services (for example hosting and email) or when required by law.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Email correspondence and stored tokens are deleted when they are no longer needed or on request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information about you. Email bitmadyltd@gmail.com to make a request.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
