01Overview

A connected club platform with a web app for staff and a React Native app for players, bringing role-based workflows, player KPIs, real-time visualisations, AI-assisted features, payments and multilingual support into one product.

02The challenge

Clubs were juggling separate tools for training plans, player data, communication and payments. Each role needed a different view of the same information, the platform had to work in several languages, and sensitive player data had to stay tightly controlled.

03Our solution

We designed the product around roles: coaches, players, medical staff and management each get the views and permissions they need. Player KPIs and session data are visualised in real time, the mobile app keeps players in the loop, payments are handled in-app, and every screen is translated from day one.
