A management platform for a large logistics operation, designed to handle three very different kinds of freight — single parcels, pallets and full truckloads — inside one consistent set of workflows.

02The challenge

Each freight type had grown its own process, spreadsheets and exceptions. Operations teams needed one place to manage bookings, statuses and handovers without losing the details that make each flow different.

03Our solution

We mapped every workflow with the operations team before designing the architecture, then built shared building blocks — bookings, statuses, documents and notifications — that each freight flow configures differently. Automated tests guard the critical paths, and repetitive steps were automated so the team can focus on exceptions.
