A meeting-intelligence product connected to people’s calendars: it prepares a briefing before each meeting, then produces a summary, action items and AI-generated KPIs once it ends — feeding the results into the tools the team already uses.

02The challenge

Teams walked into meetings unprepared and left without a shared record of what was agreed. Notes were scattered, follow-ups slipped, and there was no way to see patterns across hundreds of conversations.

03Our solution

We built calendar integrations that pick up upcoming meetings automatically, data-extraction pipelines that gather context for the briefing, and LLM workflows that produce structured summaries, actions and KPIs rather than free text. Everything is stored so trends across meetings can be reported on.
